I'm getting married in less than 2 weeks and my dress doesn't fit. Does anyone have any ideas on how to slim down FAST??????? |

Exercise for at least a half an hour every single day and eat 5 or 6 *really* small (like fits into the palm of your hand) "meals" per day. It'll suck and you'll feel hungry most of the time... a nagging hunger, not starvation or anything, but you'll lose weight fast. Make sure you aren't eating lots of sodium or drinking lots of carbonated beverages. They make you retain water. Good luck and congrats on your upcoming wedding! |

The best way to get in shape again is to have a balanced meal. Do not starve urself, but try to avoid high calorie food like chocolates, fats etc. Try to eat more of salads and fruits juices. work out reguraly in a gym. Yoga and meditation may help alot. |
